Dr. Craig M. Allen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Delphi Trade LLC.
Dr. Allen has facilitated more than $300 million of pre-export financing to companies in developing markets. Through Delphi Structured Finance Corp., which he also founded, he completed more than $7.9 billion in global structured product transactions.
Dr. Allen received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University where he focused on decision making under uncertainty, and holds a Masters Degree in Probability, Statistics and Operations Research and a Masters Degree in Animal Behavior.
J. Darren Wilcox is a Partner at Delphi Trade LLC.
Darren has nearly 20 years trading and capital markets experience, including eight years with Goldman, Sachs and Co. He has advised U.S. and international energy companies, transport companies, manufacturers, endowments, and hedge funds in trading and risk management strategies. He is the author of two research articles published by Goldman Sachs. At Louis Dreyfus Energy he designed structured commodity transactions, managed a $100 million option portfolio, and traded energy commodities in the Caribbean, the Atlantic and New York Harbor. For four years he was a member of the Options Advisory Committee of the New York Mercantil Exchange, the world's largest commodity exchange.
Mr. Wilcox received a degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
Arun Mirchandani is a Partner at Delphi Trade LLC.
Arun is responsible for execution. Mr. Mirchandani has 19 years experience in debt capital markets with specialist skills in mortgage finance, securitization and structured credit. His previous employers have been Aareal Bank, Commerzbank Securities, Barclays Capital, ING Barings and Citibank. Arun has been in a senior management role since 2000 and can effectively manage large teams and complex transactions.
Mr. Mirchandani has a Bsc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in International Finance from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
Joseph Smallman is a Partner at Delphi Trade LLC.
Joseph is responsible for all global capital market functions at Delphi Trade LLC. Prior to joining Delphi, Mr. Smallman has head of global investor relations for GMAC's structured products which span across forty countries and include GMAC's $10 billion ABCP program. Additionally his responsibilities included developing products that tap new sources of capital. These include cross-border transactions and Shair'ah compliant structures. During his thirty year career, he has structured and placed billions of dollars of transactions using auto loans, auto leases, auto wholesale, mortgages, aircraft leases and small business administration loans.
Mr. Smallman earned his M.Phil. in financial economics from The London School of Economics. During that time, he was awarded the first Post Graduate Scholarship in Business Administration. He was granted a guest lectureship at Cambridge University under the Rowntree Trust where he co-authored a position paper presented to the UK parliament explaining the current integration of the housing market into the capital markets. His published M.Phil. thesis provides a detailed study of cross-border securitization, focusing on the creation of multi-currency sterling based mortgage-backed securities.
Dr. Gert Jan Mulder is responsible for South American business development for Delphi Trade LLC.
He has co-founded DBA Corporate Finance, providing $500 million in capital to clients in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay. He is on the board of directors of Banco Comercial, Uruguay's largest private bank, where he represents the interests of German shareholder DEG, Koln. He is an advisor to the Argentine agricultural industry and co-founded, with Dr. Allen, Export Trade Ltd. Dr. Mulder was General Manager of Rabobank Nederland and was Senior Area Manager for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Curacao and Chile.
Dr. Mulder received his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom and a Masters in Business Administration from Tilburg University, Netherlands.
